The police punished several violations of the Corona regulation in the Cloppenburg district over the weekend. The emergency services intervened on Friday and Saturday at larger gatherings in two apartments in Lindern and in Cloppenburg. Proceedings were initiated against a total of 14 people for an administrative offense. In Lindern, the officers were alerted during the night due to loud music. During the review, they met eight young people between the ages of 16 and 21 from eight households – none of them were reported to be wearing mouth and nose protection. A traffic control on Saturday evening in Cloppenburg also has consequences. The emergency services stopped five people between the ages of 15 and 18 from four different households in a car. Here, too, administrative offense proceedings were initiated. In three other cases, the officials in the city resolved meetings that violated the Corona regulations.
