Police Prepare Traffic Engineering Ahead of PA 212 et al. Demonstration in Front of the Palace

PA 212 and friends (et al) will hold action 2503 in front of Istana Negara, today. They demanded that the religious penitents be arrested.

“Arrest and imprison religious penitents Yaqut, Saepudin, Abu Janda and others,” PA 212 General Chief Slamet Maarif told reporters on Wednesday (23/3/2022).

Calls for action were also conveyed through digital posters. On the poster, it was written the call ‘it’s time for us to fight back down together to defend the religion of Allah which was despised’.

There is also an inscription ‘whatever the mass organization, the party, the majlis taklim, follow it’. In addition, the action participants were also asked to continue to apply the health protocols.

Slamet Maarif claimed that thousands of people would attend this action. “Thousands,” said Slamet.

Polda Metro urges not to create crowds

The 212 Alumni Brotherhood (PA 212) and colleagues plan to hold a ‘2503’ action in front of the Merdeka Palace. Polda Metro Jaya has received notification of the action.

“Indeed, there is a notification for Friday,” said Director of Information and Security at the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hirbakh when contacted by reporters, Thursday (24/3).

Hirbakh did not explain the number of participants who would take part in the 2503 Action. However, the police appealed to PA 212 not to create a crowd with this action.

“We convey that it is hoped that the implementation will be orderly and prioritize health protocols,” Hirbakh added.

Separately, the Director of Traffic of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Sambodo said that his party was preparing traffic engineering to anticipate congestion at the location of the action.

“Closing and diverting currents are situational in nature,” said Sambodo.
