A police patrol moved out at 1900 on Sunday after receiving a report of a disturbance from a private address on Gyldenpris.
Operations manager Jørgen Ommedal informs BA that after a short time they asked for assistance on the spot.
– Due to somewhat unclear circumstances surrounding the reason why they are asking for assistance, we choose to arm ourselves. It appeared somewhat chaotic at the scene, he says.
Before additional resources arrived on the scene, the first patrol on the scene reported that they had control of three people.
One of these, a man in his 30s, has been arrested, says the operations manager.
– The police used pepper spray, and one person was peppered. It is he who has now been arrested and is now in police custody.
The operations manager states that he is not aware that weapons or other dangerous objects have been used in connection with the noise. Furthermore, neither officials nor others involved shall be injured.
