A video is circulating on social media with a narration from a police officer Binjai is consuming methamphetamine. Now, this police officer has been arrested by the Binjai Police Propam.
Reported detikNorth Sumatra, Sunday (11/2/2024), the video was several seconds long. The personnel were seen wearing a red shirt with trousers.
“The man is suspected to be 60 people smoking white crystals,” said the narration in the video.
When confirmed, Binjai Police Chief AKBP Rio Alexander confirmed the incident. He said that the person with the initials Bripka MS was a member of the Sat Sabhara Binjai Police.
“It’s true that he consumed methamphetamine,” said Rio detikNorth Sumatra.
Rio said that Bripka MS consumed the crystal methamphetamine while he was in the Finish District area, Langkat Regency, on Friday (9/2). MS was then arrested on Saturday (10/2) morning.
