Police are looking for a man linked to a shooting in Chelsea on Tuesday, July 5.
Officers responding to reports of shots fired in the McDonald’s parking lot on Revere Beach Parkway at 2 p.m. They reported that a white car had stopped against a black Volkswagen in the parking lot and that the occupants of both cars were shooting at each other. The two men in the Volkswagen abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot, while the people in the white car managed to leave the scene with their car, according to police.
Police said 15 shots were fired, but no one was injured. An employee at a Dunkin’ near the site said a bullet went through a window and nearly hit a customer.
Authorities are seeking to identify a man who was at the scene. They urge anyone with information to call the police.
