The Linz police report of two thefts for which they are looking for witnesses. A drug user was picked up in Bad Hnningen.
Bicycle theft
Rheinbreitbach. On Tuesday evening, around 5:20 p.m., two high-quality mountain bikes were stolen from a discounter in Rheinbreitbach. The two young friends put their bikes on the bike rack there and locked them with a bike lock. After a short stay in the supermarket, the wheels were stolen.
Theft of a catalytic converter
Linz. On the night of March 8, 2021, the catalyst was professionally removed from a parked car at the Linz train station. As the police determined, the part must have been removed from the exhaust system using hydraulic cutting shears. Use of narcotics
Bad Hnningen. According to a witness evidence on Tuesday evening, Linz police officers caught a drug user in a remote location in Bad Hnningen while he was consuming drugs. The drugs were seized and the 37-year-old man from Bad Hnningen is being investigated for violating the Narcotics Act.
