One person was injured in a shooting incident in Rotterdam reports the Rotterdam police. Around 10:30 pm, a person was shot at Rijtuigweg, in South Rotterdam. The victim was consciously taken to hospital. It is unknown whether it is a man or a woman, and how this person is now. Police have not yet arrested anyone and are looking for witnesses to the incident.
Earlier in the evening there was also a stabbing incident in the nearby village of Rhoon, south of Rotterdam. Around 6.30 pm, a 15-year-old boy from The Hague was found with several stab wounds. The victim was still approachable, and was able to give a description of the perpetrators.
Shortly afterwards, in the neighboring village of Poortugaal three suspects are arrested: a 14-year-old boy from Spijkenisse, a 15-year-old from Dordrecht and a 15-year-old from Rotterdam. Their relationship with the victim and their role in the stabbing incident are not yet known. The police are still looking for witnesses here.
