Freiburg (dpa/lsw) – After a fire in a parking lot in Freiburg, the police are investigating possible arson. Two cars were completely destroyed on Monday night and another was slightly damaged, the police said on Monday. The damage amounts to around 40,000 euros.
A passerby initially reported a fire in a vehicle, it said. The flames then spread to a second car. Another one was also affected by the heat. Since the cars were unoccupied, no one was injured. The criminal police are now looking for possible witnesses to the incident.
