A few young people found a dead woman in the bushes along the cycle path near the Strausslaan in Roosendaal on Saturday evening. The police are conducting an investigation.
The young people made the discovery around half past eight. One of them then called 911.
The police are investigating who it is and what caused the death of the woman. A large area around the site has been cordoned off. According to a spokesman for the police, people from Forensic Investigation, among others, will probably be busy for a long time. Among other things, there are talks with various witnesses.
The woman was found in De Verfraaiing, a park between Strausslaan and Monseigneur Hopmansstraat.
