Police Headquarters: Kasat Sabhara Blitar Police and Their Bosses Will be Evaluated. Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Headquarters Police convey, Head of Sabhara District, Blitar Police AKP Agus Tri Susetyo and Kapolres Blitar AKBP Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya will be evaluated by the East Java Regional Police.

Agus resigned from the National Police because he admitted he could not stand the leadership of his superior, AKBP Ahmad Fanani.

“Kapolres and Kasat Sabhara will be evaluated,” said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono in a written statement, Friday (2/10/2020).

However, Argo did not elaborate on the evaluation to be carried out on the two of them.

Now, the problems of both are being explored by the East Java Regional Police’s Professional and Security (Propam) Division.

“Paminal (Internal Security) will be deployed to Blitar to clarify the case,” said Head of the Public Information Bureau of the National Police’s Public Relations Division, Brigadier General (Pol) Awi Setiyono when contacted, Thursday (1/10/2020).

From the initial information that Awi got, the second polemic began when Fanani reprimanded a member of Sabhara with long hair. However, Agus defended his men.

Awi said that this information would be further clarified by the East Java Regional Police’s Propam Division.

According to him, Agus and Fanani, as well as other members who knew about the incident, would be questioned by Propam.

Head of the Blitar Police Sabhara Unit AKP Agus Hendro Tri Susetyo submitted his resignation from the Police.

He did this because he could not stand the insults his superior, the Blitar Police Chief AKBP Ahmad Fanani Eko Prasetya, often said.

“I no longer have the strength to be subordinate to the Police Chief (Blitar), and I applied for early retirement without demanding anything from the Police,” said Agus when he was met in front of the Integrated Police Service Center Building (SPKT) East Java Regional Police Headquarters, Thursday (1/10/2020) noon.

In addition to resigning, Agus also reported the Blitar Police Chief for suspicion of neglecting cockfighting gambling and illegal mining in the Blitar Regency area.

Separately confirmed, the Head of Blitar Police, AKBP Ahmad Fanani, admitted that he only gave a reasonable warning to his subordinates.

He considered the reprimand addressed to his men still within the bounds of propriety.

Fanani accused his subordinates of not joining the service since September 21, 2020.

“I fully submit to the East Java Regional Police regarding the violations committed by his subordinates. The officers are handled directly by the East Java Regional Police, including what the sanctions are,” said Ahmad.
