Police found a 74-year-old man with Alzheimer’s, and spent the night with go-karts

Police officers have been searching for the senior since Friday afternoon. He got lost at a supermarket in Pilsen in Slovany.

“In the shop with his wife and there have been no reports of him since. The man is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease,” law enforcement officials said.

He was found at a go-kart rental on Saturday morning. The police were called by its operator, who was approached by a confused and exhausted man.

Paramedics took care of the senior. According to the portal Crime Pilsen he was not injured, but after a night spent outside he was hypothermic.
