Early on Thursday morning (August 12), a patrol from the federal police checked a 28-year-old Frenchman on the A5 near Freiburg im Breisgau as part of the intensified veil manhunt. When checking the vehicle, the patrol found a brass knuckle ready to be accessed and secured it. The man has to answer for a violation of the gun law. Since the 28-year-old does not have a place of residence in Germany, the responsible public prosecutor ordered a security deposit of 200 euros.
