The police in mainland China have recently cracked down on the “professional salary cheating group”. These members do not go to work every day, but pay close attention to job search websites every day, so they can collect recruitment information in the first place. The interview experience has made him a veritable “interview king”. After being hired by the company, he did not create any performance. After the probationary period, the company dismissed him, and these people would ask the company to pay his full salary. According to the police, this type of “professional “Salary cheating group” cheated up to more than 50 million yuan in salary, about 210 million NT dollars in salary.

According to the “Dawan News” report, in January this year, the person in charge of an Internet technology company reported the case to the Pudong police. In October last year, in order to promote new products, the company released information about the urgent recruitment of salesmen. Soon, 8 people came to apply at the same time. Their resumes are very impressive. They have experience in some large enterprises, have handled many “big factory” projects, and have a long list of “high-quality client lists.” The company was very happy with this and hired the 8 people.

These people did not have any performance after 3 months of employment, and none of the high-quality projects that they promised to contact when they applied for the job did not make any substantial progress. After the probationary period, the company decided to fire them. The 8 people seemed to have been prepared and asked to pay full salary before they would leave. , the company had no choice but to compromise. Not long after, one of them mistakenly posted a picture in the group of companies that had not quit, which made the person in charge feel wrong. It turned out that this was a certificate of resignation from another company, but the above time was actually working here with this group of people “I immediately contacted the other company, and found out that these eight people actually joined another company while they were performing their duties, earning two salaries at the same time.”

Suddenly realized, the industry decided to report the case to the police. In March this year, the Pudong police arrested 53 suspects including Yang Hong in Shanghai and other provinces and cities, uncovering this “salary fraud”. After in-depth investigation, the Pudong police arrested 108 salary cheaters again in the early morning of July 19 this year. When the police arrested people in Hangzhou, they also found that an OL was still interviewing when she was arrested. She had joined 16 companies at the same time and never went to work. Every time I interview a new company, I take photos and post them in various work groups, pretending to be “meeting customers”.

The police found that most of these people are very eloquent, and most of them have certain financial expertise and are familiar with the industry, so they can easily gain the trust of interviewers. In just three years, they have bought a villa in Shanghai with the money they cheated. In August of this year, the Pudong police successively arrested 11 salary cheaters. According to preliminary calculations by the police, there are at least 700 to 800 people in the similar wage fraud group in mainland China.
