The daughter of a mayor Oklahoma and wife of the city’s police chief was arrested Thursday for allegedly touching a 15-year-old student she met while she was substituting, according to a report.
Emma “Delaney” Hancock, 26, is accused of starting the “kinky” relationship in October 2022 when she texted the Wellston Public Schools student asking for a copy of a school assignment, according to an affidavit obtained by News 9.
Several weeks later, the boy allegedly sent the substitute teacher a shirtless photo of himself via Snapchat.
Instead of ending the matter, the woman replied: “Are we sending each other half-naked pictures now?”
The teen replied, “I don’t know, right?” “Are you trying to make me lose my job?” Hancock reportedly said.
The two exchanged nude photos and sexually explicit videos. Then the woman wouldsexually abused of the young person on at least two occasions.
According to the New York Post, one of the abuses took place in one of the lockers in a Wellston Public School classroom, during lunch. On that occasion, Hancock kissed and groped the student.
The scandal broke in November, school district superintendent Mike Franz said when they received a complaint. Hancock was quickly banned from the campus and the school authorities filed a complaint with the Court.
Because the woman was the daughter of Mayor Paul E. Whitnah and the wife of Police Chief Alfred Hancock, the case was turned over to the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to avoid conflicts of interest.
