Residents of the Bel-Air district, in Chartres, have been the subject of a neighborhood survey, for several days, carried out by the police of Chartres and Orléans (Loiret).
The investigations relate to the suspicious death of a nine-month-old baby.
Three people involved in the investigation
Residents were questioned in particular about the presence of noise during the day on Friday. According to residents of this neighborhood, it seems that three people are involved in this investigation, the parents of the baby and a nanny.
The infant is said to have died at the Paris Necker-Enfants Malades hospital.
The likely autopsy of the baby and the various hearings should enlighten the investigators in this case. Contacted, the public prosecutor, Frédéric Chevallier, did not respond to our requests.
