Police conduct an autopsy on the body of a woman suspected of being the victim murder at a hotel in Cilandak, South Jakarta. An autopsy was carried out to determine the cause of death of the victim.
“For the body, an autopsy will be carried out to determine the cause of death,” said South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Azis Andriansyah to reporters at the location, Saturday (4/9/2021).
“An autopsy at the hospital, I’ll tell you later,” he added.
There has been no explanation from the police regarding the condition of the victim when he was found. Azis also has not confirmed whether there are signs of violence on the victim’s body.
“It’s still an autopsy, yes,” said Azis.
Azis said that his party was still investigating the discovery of this body.
“We will immediately conduct an investigation,” he added.
Suspected Murder Victim
Previously, Azis said that the body of the woman who died in the hotel room was suspected to be a murder victim.
“It’s true, a body was found which is suspected to be a murder victim, once again it is still a presumption. Meanwhile, a body is still being found,” said Azis.
