As part of a traffic control by officers from the Ruchheim police station, narcotics and several thousand euros in cash were found on a 20-year-old driver from Herxheim / Landau. In addition, the driver not only had drugs with him, he was also under the influence of them. He had to surrender his driver’s license some time ago, his Ford was still not registered and had false license plates.
The driver can now expect criminal proceedings for driving a vehicle under the influence of narcotics, driving without a driver’s license, possession of narcotics, as well as forgery of documents and violation of the compulsory insurance and vehicle tax law.
The narcotics found were seized, the cash and the car were confiscated.
