The police allegedly obtained a search warrant and kidnapping for some journalists belonging to The Tampa.
Tampa strongly opposes the search and seizure, saying, “We can no longer respond to the search and seizure of the regime that is trying to undermine the freedom of the press.” A fight broke out between the investigators and the police as he prevented the investigators from entering the office.
On the 27th of last month, The Tamsa reporters visited an apartment in Dogok-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, where Minister Han resides. They crossed the common entrance to the apartment and took the elevator up to the floor where a minister resided. After arriving at the door of Minister Han’s house, he shouted, “Is Minister Han there?” This scene was broadcast live on YouTube.
They looked at the package being delivered to a minister’s home and when there was no sign of anyone at home, they left the apartment saying, “I don’t think I’m home.” It is known that only the wife and children of a minister were at home at that time. After belatedly realizing the situation, a minister reported them to the police for trespassing in an apartment building and retaliatory offences.
