The police arrested three men yesterday in a raid on a drug house in Brabant. One of them caused according to Broadcasting Brabant last year a traffic accident in which four people were killed.
According to the regional broadcaster, it concerns Omar E., a 28-year-old man from Roosendaal. Two women aged 39 and 42 and two children aged 10 and 8 were killed in the fatal accident in Oud Gastel last September.
Earlier this year, the court decided that E. could await his trial at home after a six-month pretrial detention. He was arrested yesterday in Roosendaal during the raid on his house.
Hennep, hash a cash
In E.’s home and that of a neighbor, the police found a total of 12 kilos of hemp, over 1 kilo of hash and 45,000 euros in cash. A valuable watch was also seized.
The neighbor (36) was also arrested during the action. The third suspect, a 39-year-old man from Halsteren, was arrested on the A58 near Wouw.
The police and the Public Prosecution Service say nothing about the identity of the suspects.
