Bend (WartaBromo.com) – The police finally managed to apprehend the suspected murder of a man in a sack at the Gunung Awu cemetery, Alastlogo Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency, Sunday (26/6/2023).
The perpetrator is known to have the initials AM (63), a local resident. He was arrested on Tuesday (27/6/2023).
AKP Agung Sujatmiko, Kapolsek Lekok confirmed the news of the arrest of the suspected perpetrator. “It’s true that we have secured the suspect,” said Agung, Tuesday (27/6/2023).
According to the police chief, the suspect, who is a resident of Gunung Awu Hamlet, Alastlogo Village, was secured at his house which is not far from where the victim was found.
“If the location of the victim’s discovery is around,” continued the Kapolsek.
As previously reported, a body wrapped in a sack was found in a grave in Gunung Awu Hamlet, Alastlogo Village, Lekok District, Pasuruan Regency on Sunday (6/25/2023).
The victim, Sadi (63), a resident of Sumur Licin Hamlet, Kedawang District, Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency, has been missing for two days since Saturday (24/6/2023).
The police also revealed the location of the execution of the murder which was allegedly carried out at the Alastlogo Village drilled well house, which was only 500 meters from the scene where the victim’s body was found. (don/asd)
