Kasem M. (73), the man who was sentenced to fifteen years in prison in our country in 2019 for the murder of Ilham Benchelh from Siddeburen, has been arrested in Morocco. Reports about this are confirmed by his lawyer Fred Kappelhof from Delfzijl to Dagblad van het Noorden. The defense counsel had contact with M. after the arrest.
