The police have found two gunmen who opened fire on a group of people in the Bronx, leaving six people injured.
The incident happened a short distance from a day care centre.
Police say the incident happened around 8:15 pm Wednesday night on Morris Avenue, between East 190th and East 191st streets, in the North Fordham section.
According to the police report, the suspects arrived on a scooter, went to a group that was building scaffolding on the building and started shooting.
The gunmen fled the scene on the scooter.
All those killed were taken to area hospitals, where they are expected to recover.
