The older woman and her walker stayed found by a passerby, by a road between Gulset shopping center and the district Hyni in Skien.
Police are now urging users of two cars observed in the area to report.
There are, among other things, concrete witness observations about two cars, a dark and a blue that were parked along the road right at the intersection Hynivegen – Jernverksvegen in Skien, Thursday 8 July around kl. 2045
Users of these cars are asked to call the police hotline on telephone number 476 96 200 and register as witnesses in the case.
No injuries
– There is a person who drove past who saw the two cars. When the police arrived at the scene, both cars were gone, says police lawyer in Skien, Julianne Angre to NRK.
Other cars that have been near this place on Thursday night are also asked to contact the police.
Friday afternoon came the preliminary autopsy report. No injuries were found there that suspect that she was hit. No other injuries were found in connection with the death.
– It will take some time to get the final autopsy report, said police station chief in Telemark, Dag Størksen.
SUSPICIOUS: The police investigated the case as a suspicious death because it was so uncertain how the woman died.

Keeps opportunities open
The police told NRK on Friday that they want tips from people who may have seen her in the area – from Tuesday this week until yesterday. They still do not know how she died or what she did there.
– We still keep all possibilities open. Whether there is a criminal act behind it or other natural causes, the investigation will find out, Dag Størksen, head of the police in Telemark told NRK on Friday morning.
