The police are looking for 20-year-old Amsterdammer Tyrece Raoul Balbin. The man is suspected of involvement in the fatal stabbing at the Scheveningen Pier.

Four people have already been arrested for the stabbing in which 19-year-old Cennetson ‘Chuchu’ Janga was killed. Because the stabbing incident has still not been resolved, the police are releasing the identity of this suspect.
Images of Balbin have surfaced on social media showing that he was walking around in Scheveningen with a firearm. The police assume he was involved in the stabbing. Since the incident, there has been no trace of Balbin.
At the beginning of September, three suspects were arrested for the stabbing incident. One of the suspects, a 17-year-old boy from Rotterdam, has now been released. He still remains a suspect. A fourth suspect was arrested later in September. This 19-year-old Rotterdam is still in prison, as are the two Amsterdammers who were both 20 years old previously arrested.

The stabbing incident appears to be the result of a quarrel between the Amsterdam drillrap group 73 De Pijp and drillrap group 24. The 17-year-old rapper Blacka, who is one of the suspects, expressed regret in August. Via Instagram he said sorry for everything that had happened.
