A serial attacker has been active in Alkmaar since the beginning of September. The man grabs women from behind and then cycles away fast. He has already killed 23 victims.

The man’s method is always the same. He approaches his target from behind and then grabs her by the buttocks. According to one of the victims, who was doing her weekly run, he makes moaning noises. Against NH News she said that a little later she was again grabbed by the same man.
The man is around 20 years old, has a light skin tone and often wears black clothes with a hood. The bike he rides on is an exercise bike.
