In the video recording, which is approximately 1.56 seconds long, the police were able to ask a number of questions to the stocky man who was the perpetrator of the street cowboy action.
This question was also asked in the form of a fake National Police service number plate that was used by the perpetrator on the Mazda sedan that was used when carrying out his street cowboy action.
The perpetrator also admitted that the fake number plate had been replaced by the police who arrested him.
