The Kowloon City Songkran Festival will be held on Sunday (9th). According to “Yahoo News”, the criminal investigation team of the Kowloon City Police District arrested a 25-year-old man surnamed Zeng for “disorderly conduct in public places”, suspected of shooting water at police officers and TVB journalists. It is understood that the arrested man is YouTuber “Bravedogdog”.

Looking through the video involved, the uploader published it under the title “ISTIMETOWIN 🔥 x Jedi Counterattack HD Version”. In the beginning of the video, several people shot water at two policemen standing on the sidewalk. The two policemen blocked them with their hands and left. Afterwards, many people caught up and continued to shoot water with water guns. The police entered the group without warning the shooters.

After the video, several adults and a large number of children shot water at the man wearing a raincoat with the TVB logo printed on it. The two kept wiping the water off their faces with their hands, and soon left. The uploader added text to the video, “Camman likes to hate and calls me not fun” and “Caiqu is stupid, the more you don’t, the more you want to play.” A photographer with a camera, believed to be a TV station, said to the shooter, ” Excuse me” and swearing, but several adults continued to shoot water at the TVB reporter. The photographer later reported to the police officers present that some police officers advised the shooter to leave.

At the end of the video, a group photo of several men taken on the flyover in Mong Kok was added, and “Hong Kong New Order” was written on it.

Qu Zaiwen stated that Article 17B of the Public Security Ordinance “disturbing behavior in public places” also has Article 9 “incitement” of the Criminal Offenses Ordinance.
