The police and fire brigade are currently investigating the foundation of a tower in Rotterdam. Residents of the Willemstoren, at the foot of the Erasmus Bridge in the heart of Rotterdam, thought they felt earthquakes tonight. The area has been cordoned off and residents are on the street en masse.
