PALEMBANG, KOMPAS.TV – A police member of the Lahat Satreskrim Police with the initials Bripka IS, is suspected of forcing sexual intercourse on IN (20), the wife of a drug prisoner, until she becomes pregnant.
This was known through his lawyers Feodor Novikov Denny and M Zully AP when they came to the South Sumatra Police on Friday (10/12/2021).
“Even from IN’s confession, after two weeks of the act, she was positive for pregnancy. Now her pregnancy is about 2 months old,” said Feodor, quoted from Tribunnews.com.
The victim admitted that he was forced to have sex with the IS Brigadier Forces because he received threats.
Bripka IS threatened to transfer IN’s husband, FP (59), a drug prisoner in Tanjung Raja Prison, Ogan Ilir Regency.
“In addition, the affairs of our clients while in detention will also be complicated. That’s from IN’s confession,” said Feodor.
Feodor said that Bripka IS initially became acquainted with IN after the perpetrator’s wife pawned the land certificate to the victim.
IN and Bripka IS also communicated further after the transaction. In fact, Bripka IS invited IN to travel to Palembang with three other people.
“After eating, the reason was because it was too late so they were invited booking hotel room in Jakabaring,” said Feodor.
