“Pôle Emploi Île-de-France: Intensive Support Measures for Employment and Recruitment Tensions”

“We have greatly developed more intensive support measures” (Nadine Crinier, Pôle emploi Île-de-France)

“We have greatly developed more intensive support measures, such as the CEJ or Equip’emploi”, explains Nadine Crinier, regional director of Pôle emploi Île-de-France. The region is the most affected by the Equip’emploi scheme, which targets agencies with the most unemployed people living in priority neighborhoods of the city. “We have 290 advisers mobilized, in 22 territories”, she comments. In an interview with AEF info, she also presents her actions to reduce recruitment tensions. In Île-de-France, the “vivier ” has been extended to security professions in connection with the 2024 Olympic Games.
