Polda Metro Jaya denied the issue of female police (polwan) AKP Rita Yuliana resigned from the Bhayangkara institution. AKP Rita had gone viral on social media related to a number of events.
The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Endra Zulpan confirmed that AKP Rita was indeed serving in the ranks of the Polda Metro Jaya and was still active as a member of the Police.

“Yes (still an active member of Polda Metro Jaya),” said Zulpan when confirmed, Wednesday (20/7).
From the information gathered, AKP Rita had served in the West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) Regional Police before being transferred to the Metro Jaya Police.
While in NTB he served as Head of Traffic Police of East Lombok Police. Not even a year into his assignment, he was later transferred to Panit 1 of the Indag Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Division of the Polda Metro Jaya.
The mutation of Rita’s AKP is known to be contained in a telegram numbered: ST/2604/XII/KEP.2021 on December 24, 2021.
AKP Rita has been in the spotlight of netizens several times. One of them was when he replied to a tweet by legendary musician Iwan Fals.
The incident began when Iwan Fals uploaded a photo of Rita’s AKP news, then wrote positive wishes for Rita.
Rita then replied to the tweet by thanking Iwan Fals.
Iwan was even confused when determining the right name to call the policewoman.
“Wow, he immediately replied, congratulations on duty, ma’am, ma’am or how should I call him,” wrote Iwan Fals in his tweet on the Twitter page @iwanfals, last February 26.
