Polish border guards detained 18 illegal immigrants from Iraq and Congo, as well as six people who helped them.
On the eve of Poland, border guards recorded 259 attempts to illegally cross the border from the territory of Belarus. About it informs RMF24 on Sunday, September 26th.
The border guards detained 18 illegal migrants – 17 Iraqi citizens and one Congolese citizen. They also detained six people who helped them – three Iraqi citizens and one citizen of Russia, India and Syria.
Since the beginning of September, border guards in Poland have recorded more than 5,000 attempts to illegally cross the border from Belarus.
As a reminder, Poland will send another 500 soldiers on the border with Belarus… Warsaw accuses Moscow and Minsk of “well-organized action” aimed at destabilizing the EU.
It was also reported that Poland will place on the border with Belarus 250 Abrams tanks… Delivery of combat vehicles from the United States will begin next year. Poland intends to pay $ 23 billion for tanks.
