“This is the essence of hatred for Russia which unfortunately, like metastases, infected the entire Polish leadership and, in many ways, Polish society,” Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov was quoted as saying. Al ArabiyaFriday (13/5/2022).
Previously, Morawiecki in a column for the British Telegraph newspaper said Russian President Vladimir Putin was more dangerous than Adolf Hitler or Josef Stalin because of the sophisticated weapons he possessed.

“This shocking statement is, unfortunately, hysterical and unacceptable,” Peskov said.
Relations between NATO members Poland and Russia, already strained, have deteriorated since Russia sent troops to Poland’s neighbor Ukraine on February 24.
Of the six million people who have fled Ukraine, more than half have crossed into Poland.

Warsaw has consistently demanded tougher Western sanctions against Moscow and has expelled 45 Russian diplomats, prompting a retaliatory response from Moscow.
The Russian ambassador was splashed with red paint by protesters on Monday as he laid a wreath at the Soviet Military Cemetery in Warsaw.
Russia has demanded a formal apology and warned of “further steps” if it is not satisfied with Poland’s response.
