On June 23, 2020, around 2:45 p.m., the police were informed that a building was on fire in the Uhlandstrasse area in Heitersheim. According to the current state of knowledge, it is not a residential building, but a craft business. According to initial unsecured findings, it could be a fire in a photovoltaic system. The fire brigade is currently on duty there. As a precaution, the residents of the surrounding houses were asked to keep the doors and windows closed. So far there is no evidence of injured people. There is currently no reliable information about the cause of the fire and the extent of the property damage.
