On February 22, 2022, a dangerous goods accident occurred on the company premises of a parcel service provider in the commercial area in Eschbach. According to the current state of knowledge, eight people were injured.
According to the current state of knowledge, a chemical reaction occurred around 6 a.m. when packages containing dangerous goods were being unloaded, resulting in dangerous goods escaping. Several employees then complained of respiratory problems. According to the current state of knowledge, eight people were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment, three of whom were hospitalized.
