On Saturday evening (31.08.2024) a 28-year-old harassed a couple on the cross street at around 8:30 p.m. The man, riding a scooter, followed the two after they left a snack bar for no apparent reason. He repeatedly cut off the young man and his girlfriend and did not stop even when asked. The victim then called his brother and the police for help by phone.
When the patrol car arrived, they found the four people in Pützdrieschstrasse. At the time, the attacker was lying next to his scooter, which he had tipped over while stationary. And not without reason: a police breathalyzer test showed a blood alcohol level of well over two per mille. Since drugs were also found on him, he had to accompany the officers to a blood test.
The subsequent journey continued to be unpleasant: he actively resisted all measures and had to be carried. The accused also insulted the police officers in the worst possible way, spat around and tried to injure the officers with headbutts. Since the rioter could not be calmed down, he was taken to a cell to sober up.
His scooter had no insurance, and he had no driving license. It is still unclear who the moped actually belongs to. It has been confiscated. (And.)
