What’s in 436 new trading cards, that comes with a chance to find a rare find and fills the heart of our resident video editor Greg Burke with excitement? The Pokémon TCG vivid voltage booster box, of course! Housed in a display box of 36 individual packs, the Vivid Voltage Booster gives Pokémon TCG players a role in building their decks.
Join Greg as he cries on each of the Vivid Voltage Booster Box packages and shows what shoppers can expect to find upon opening.
Each Pokémon TCG booster pack contains 10 cards, a basic power card, and a Pokémon TCG online symbol card. During the video, Gregg arranges the regular cards while setting aside the 3D shapes and aluminum foil. It also addresses the strengths and weaknesses of single Pokémon.
Basic rules for Pokemon: The Arcade Game, For starters:
Players take on the role of a Pokémon trainer and use Pokémon to fight their opponent’s Pokémon. Players play Pokémon on the field and Pokémon attack their opponent. The Pokémon are kicked out with enough damage and the player who knocks them out draws a prize card. There are generally six prize cards and the main requirement to win is to withdraw all of them. Other ways to win is by taking out all of the opponent’s Pokémon on the field so there is nothing left for the opponent, or if there are no cards left on the opponent’s turn at the beginning of the opponent’s turn.
