It was reported that the popular Pokémon Stadium will arrive via Nintendo Switch Online on the day April 12th. The game is for the Nintendo 64 emulator, i.e. for Add-on Pack subscribers only.
The Switch version will feature online way that allows up to four players, both in the main battle mode and in the minigames.
Pokémon Stadium It is one of spin-offs most beloved of the franchise. It was originally released in 1999, reaching the west the following year. Despite being treated in the West as the first title, Pokémon Stadium it is actually the second game in the series. The first is exclusive to Japan, hence the difference.
The series still has a third game, known in the West as Pokémon Stadium 2 (in Japan as Pokémon Stadium: Gold and Silver). It will also be released via Nintendo Switch Online, however it is still without a date.
