Of electric type, very soft to the touch, looking a little slow, with two huge bumps on the head that are often mistaken for his eyes … These are the clues that e-Nigma has given us in his Khé-nigma program. And as expected, it’s not a known creature, but a new addition to the Pokédex. His name is Bellibolt, and has a voluminous belly and a very beautiful face.
