Participants compete for Championship Points (CP) with a spread which varies according to your position and the number of players. Players can expect the following PC distribution depending on their position and the number of participants, which is limited to 256 for this event.
- 1st place: 200 Championship Points
- 2nd place: 160 tournament points
- 3rd – 4th place: 130 tournament points
- 5th – 8th place: 100 Championship Points
- 9th – 16th place: 80 Championship Points (if 48 players participate)
- 17th – 32nd place: 60 Championship Points (if 80 players participate)
- 33rd – 64th place: 50 Championship Points (if 128 players participate)
- 65th – 128th place: 40 Championship Points (if 256 players participate)
Importantly, starting this year, invitations to the World Championship will be awarded to players who accumulate at least 300 Championship Points, with varying levels of travel support depending on their final ranking. In Latin America, players ranked 1-8 at the end of the season qualify for Tier 1 support, while players ranked 9-12 qualify for Tier 2 support.
Tickets for the event, both for competitors and spectators, are available from April 15, 2024 at https://rivalrival.com/pokemon-go-classificatorio-cdmx/. It is recommended to buy them as soon as possible due to high demand and limited capacity.
