How to capture Froakie
It is not difficult to capture if you know what you have to do, since Froakie, a water-type Pokémon, you will be able to find it in the wild in the wild. Of course, you must bear in mind that being a water-type Pokémon it tends to appear in nature near rivers, the sea or lakes, so try to move in your area to one of these locations so that you have a better chance of it ends up showing up.
If you do not have a river, sea or lake near your house, you will be able to obtain it by hatching any 5 km egg, so you will have to walk a lot during the next few days. Note that its output in these eggs is random, so it would not be highly recommended if you are not doing a lot of exercise.
The other option you have is to exchange it with your friends, so if one of your friends has Froakie you could try to exchange it as long as it meets the requirement that both players are level 10 higher, are within 100m each and are friends in the game.
How to capture Fennekin
It is one of the titular Pokémon of the Kalos region, and it is a fire type. Basically the main way to get it is by finding it in the wild, which will be quite easy right now because there are not many Pokémon in this region. You can also use incense or a decoy at a nearby stop to increase the appearance of these creatures.
It can also appear from any 5 km egg, but it is not highly recommended since its appearance in this case would be random and you could have walked for nothing. On the other hand, you could also exchange it with any other trainer friend.
How to get Klefki
Here we are going to have much more difficulties because it is a Pokémon exclusive to France. This means that unless you have to visit France, you will not be able to obtain this Pokémon, and worst of all, in view of the current pandemic situation it will be impossible for you to visit France in the short term.
So in principle, the only way you are going to have to get this creature is to wait for some kind of special event to take place in which you can usually get Pokémon from other regions in your own region.
