As explained on the official Pokémon GO website, only those trainers who demonstrate their combat ability and reach level 20 in the Go Battle League will have the privilege of having an encounter with Frillish.
FrillishAs we mentioned at the beginning, it is a pokémon that was introduced in the fifth generation and would become the new Azumarill of the Super League. This is because said Water / Ghost type specimen reaches level 40 with 1257 CP.
This means that it would be the first Pokémon GO creature to be able to participate in the Super League being level 50 if you use the XL candies. It also has a weakness against Grass, Sinister, Phantom, and Electric-type Pokémon, but it has eight resistances.
The move set of Frillish, according to the web pokémon.info, is the following: bubble and misfortune as fast attacks and Ice Beam, Dark Wind and Darkness would be charged. In addition, this creature is blue if it is male and pink if it is female.
