Today Nintendo gave great news for users of Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. What happens is that the digital stores of these platforms, Nintendo eShop, will cease to exist this year. This would mean something negative for Pokémon fans, due to the Pokémon Bank.
The Pokémon Company announced that the cessation of operations of the digital store will also affect the franchise, it will be devastating, especially for collectors and old fans of the series.
What happens is that by closing the eShop of these platforms, there will be no way to download Pokémon Bank on more consoles. This application was the one that allowed us to transfer the creatures from generation to generation.
The software download would be linked to the console, which means that you must take good care of the system on which you have Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter installed, because, in case it stops working or you lose it, you will not be able to download any of them again of the programs on another new Nintendo 3DS, since the platform that hosted them will no longer be available.
So be very careful with your little friends, if you still want to take them with you in the bank.
