Defeated in the first leg against Tarbes-Lourdes, Poitiers recovered and won in match 2. In his support match, Poitiers won by three small points (85-82) against the Tarbais. Marcus Relphorde (27 points) and Lovro Mazalin (20 points) were the main architects of the victory. For its part, Lorient did not go into detail and largely won 110-59 against Andrézieux-Bouthéon and qualified for the quarters. Facing LyonSO, Caen had no more room for error and had to win to continue the adventure. Fabrice Courcier’s men made their collective strength speak and corrected the Lyonnais (97-63). Carl Ona Embo compiled 22 points, 6 rebounds, 6 assists for 30 rating, while Martins Belt settled for 15 points.
The feat of Cergy-Pontoise against Chartres
