adult emergenciesPoissy hospital have a brand new waiting room for children. Stitch, Spiderman, Naruto and other characters, in the setting of Dragon Ball Z, adorn the wall. This fresco, created by the artist Patrick Hernandez, was financed by the Brigade academy. That police associationwhose members of the office work at the multi-municipal police force of Épône-Mézières, is at the initiative of this space for 3-15 year olds in this traumatological emergency service.

They also gave digital tablets for the Samu ambulances to occupy the children and filled the waiting room with games.
“A room like this allows our little patients to have a little cocoon, to have distraction and to be less focused on the pain. They will be in better condition before being taken care of, confirm the two emergency health managers, Sandra Massini and Laurent Bar. They will find themselves in a child’s world and no longer be in the general waiting room where they see things they shouldn’t. »
