The German police know with what poison seven people at the technical university in Darmstadt have been poisoned, but in the interest of the investigation will not say more about it. They did disclose that the substance was in water bottles and milk cartons in one or more of the coffee corners of a university building.
The victims suddenly became nauseous on Monday after they had had a drink in one of the university buildings. According to the German newspaper Bild, their arms and legs turned blue. A 30-year-old student was in mortal danger.
Meanwhile, the poisoned students and staff are doing better. Yesterday, the last two victims were allowed to leave the hospital.
