VICTORY RECORD – Before this season, the Biancocelesti had reached a maximum of 17 wins in 28 days. Seventeen claims had been achieved three times: that of the first championship in 1973/1974, 2000/2001 and 2016/2017. With the success achieved against Fiorentina, Lazio updates its record totaling 20 triumphs in 28 matches played so far. Impressive numbers for a team that has the misfortune to have a battleship like Juventus in front of it.
POINTS RECORD – As if that were not enough, the biancocelesti also set the points record in 28 championship games played, picking up 65. The previous record belonged to the first Lazio championship of Chinaglia, with 57. Instead, 56 points were scored on 3 occasions: in the 1972/1973 championships, in the year of the second championship (99/00) and in the following season. Inzaghi in 2016/17 had stopped at 55, while 53 had been reached in 97/98 and 98/99, and 52 in the seasons 17/18 and 14/15.
