Halo fans have a new date with the saga next year, and we’re not talking about Halo Infinite. The game world of Microsoft is extended through different channels, including literature, and 343 Industries announced the departure on 2 mars 2021 of a new novel: Halo: point of light, written by the author Kelly Gay, who has already done other books in the franchise.
Kelly Gay is here responsible of Halo: Smoke and Shadow (2017) and Halo: Renegades (2019), and will return next year with a new Roman, continuation of the first two. The story of the book will focus on Rion Forge, captain of the Ace of Spades ship. 343 Industries commented in an official post that the fantastic illustration of the book cover has been created William “Pixelflare” Cameron.
The author showed very happy for being able to announce her new novel and hinted that she is still surprised to be able to bring her vision to the saga. “I still pinch myself, [increíble] which can be part of the Halo universe. While 343 Industries has acknowledged that the silence around Halo Infinite is getting longer than it would like, the company has also publicly shown that it has had enough of the latest rumors. Although in principle soon We will have an update to the game, this week the Master Chief actor was confused and fixed the launch of Halo Infinite in spring 2021.
