New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted in Malayalam sharing the happiness of his two-day visit to Kerala. Prime Minister’s tweet is about dedicating Vande Bharat Express to the nation. He tweeted that he is eager to reach out to the people of Thiruvananthapuram and that the Vande Bharat Service, which will benefit 11 districts of Kerala, will greatly benefit tourism and commerce.
“I am anxious to reach the people of Thiruvananthapuram on April 25. Kerala’s first Vande Bharat Express will be flagged off between Thiruvananthapuram and Kasaragod. It will include 11 districts of Kerala. This will greatly benefit tourism and commerce. The foundation stone for the redevelopment of Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode and Varkala Sivagiri railway stations will be laid at the event in Thiruvananthapuram. Foundation stone will also be laid for a digital science park. It will be a great addition to this vibrant city,” he noted.
He mentioned in his tweet about the inauguration of Kochi Water Metro. “Great improvement in Kochi’s infrastructure! Kochi Water Metro will be dedicated to the nation. This will ensure uninterrupted connectivity to Kochi.” – he clarified.
The Prime Minister will arrive in Kochi on Monday for a two-day visit. At 5.30 pm, the Prime Minister will interact with the youth at the ‘Yuvam 2023’ meeting at Thevara Sacred Heart College grounds. Narendra Modi, who will stay overnight in Kochi after the ‘Yuvam’ meeting, will return to Thiruvananthapuram on Tuesday morning. He will participate in flag off of Vande Bharat Express, inauguration of 4 projects of Railways, foundation stone laying of Techno City, inauguration of Kochi Water Metro etc.
