A new residence will soon emerge from the ground Pleasure (Yvelines). Created by the promoter Pichet and baptized “Le Domaine du parc Mansart”, this real estate complex of 420 accommodations will be built in rue de la Boissière, at the corner with rue François-Mansart, on land belonging to the Plaisir hospital center (28,482 m2) and the Municipality (4,906 m2).
Homes, shops, multipurpose room …

Five shops it will also be built on the corner of rue Mansart, opposite the future medical center La Ruche. A residence for the elderly the non-medicalized will see the light, “quite different”, according to the chosen one, from that of the Gâtines in progress. A multipurpose room it will also be created and made available to city associations. “This allows us to save on the places we rent for our associations to private individuals”, underlines the mayor. The shared gardens will be set up along rue de la Boissière.
The land of the Charcot hospital will also be sold
The Plaisir hospital center and the municipality are also working on the future of the Charcot site, avenue Marc-Laurent. As part of its renovation, the hospital wishes to relocate and clear the vast majority of this land.
For the Municipality, this area of 5 ha is fully in line with its redevelopment project of the historic center. “We have been working on the project for five years. We are at the workshops, says Mayor Joséphine Kollmannsberger. Next year we will know more about what can be done on the pitch. Nothing will happen for two or three years. »Housing and shops should be built in this sector.
The first equipment to emerge from the ground in the center of the country must be the future media library which will have to be built in place of the old Social Security. “We hope to have it before the end of the mandate”, concludes the elected.
The program must be done in three slices : first the shops, the main hall and the residence for the elderly, then the accommodation in the last two phases.
Delivery scheduled for early 2026
Construction is expected to start next year. ” This district will be completed in early 2026 if there are no delays ”, hopes the elected official.
Once completed, “these works will allow the hospital to be integrated even more into the city”, assures the mayor.
Municipal councilor of opposition, Sandrine Carneiro regretted, in the city council of 28 September, “that the large-scale building permits were granted in the midst of the revision of the Local Urban Planning Plan (PLU). I would have waited for the PLU to finish ”.
It is necessary to set up a sales area from October 28th to 483 avenue de Sainte-Apolline.
